Ebooks at the SLU Libraries

• If you know the author or title of the book you want
  1. Search the SLU Library Catalog by title or by author
  2. Look for [electronic resource] near the end of a title in your search results list.
  
  
• If you know only a keyword or subject
  1. Search the SLU Library Catalog using the Keyword search
  2. Type in your keyword or subject followed by AND and the phrase "electronic resource".
        
     

                Example:   higher education AND electronic resource

OR

• If you know a keyword or subject
  1. Search the SLU Library Catalog using Advanced Keyword search
  2. Type your keyword(s) or subject on first line
      
           Example:   careers AND business
       
  3. Limit the Location by selecting Internet
  4. Limit the Material Type to Books/Journals

Note:  With the Keyword or Advanced Keyword search and the limits listed above, you should only receive electronic resources on your topic. However, they may be either books or journals.
