This file contains the 90+ volume collection of the U.S. Naval War College International Law Studies Series, accessible through a searchable file or electronic table of contents. Volumes 1-88 were published annually with specific titles. Beginning with Volume 89 the USNWC publishes separate articles of interest on a rolling basis throughout the year and these will be released on LexisNexis in a similar manner, as received. The International Law Studies (also known as the "Blue Book") Series was initiated by the Naval War College in 1901 to publish essays, treatises, and articles that contribute to the broader understanding of international law. Topics are timely as well as of historical interest showing the development and practical application of international law principles in time of conflict and peace throughout the 20th century and into the 21st.
