Academic Integrity Modules - Four Separate Slides/Videos/Transcripts

The Academic Integrity Board (AIB) has created four educational modules designed to explain, explore, and raise awareness of academic integrity issues and their relevance to the entire Saint Louis University community. These modules are available in three formats: PDF slide decks, Panopto video presentations with voiceovers, and PDF transcripts of the videos. You are encouraged to share these materials as appropriate.

Module 1 - Why Academic Integrity Matters at Saint Louis University

This module introduces the role of academic integrity at SLU and why academic integrity is essential to all members of the SLU community.          

Module 2 - Why Academic Integrity Violations Happen and How to Avoid Them

This module discusses circumstances and situations where violations may happen, and what steps a student can take to avoid academic integrity violations.

Module 3 - Academic Integrity Violations

This module outlines the six types of academic integrity violations recognized at SLU and offers examples of behaviors and actions that may constitute or lead to violations.               

Module 4 - Academic Integrity Consequences

This module discusses what can happen when academic integrity is compromised and why those consequences matter not just at SLU, but in your future career and life.
