Creating a Target Company List
Who do you want to work for? Do you have a particular industry in mind? A preferred geographic location? Use library databases to make a list of companies that match your criteria.
From the home page, scroll down to the 'Discover Topics' section on the left labeled 'Business' and select it. Then in the Company Dossier box, choose 'Create a Company List' to get a list of companies that match your criteria.
Provides business and financial research on private (non-publicly traded) companies in the US and internationally. Use the Advanced Search feature on the left-side and choose "private companies".
Provides company directory and business profile information including email addresses for companies in the St. Louis, Kansas City, and Chicago Metropolitan Areas including the states of Missouri, Kansas, and Illinois.
