Treatises and looseleafs, in print or online, are great places to begin researching copyright issues.

Law Journal Articles

  • Search the Hein Online Law Journal Library by subject and scroll down to Intellectual Property.  This resources is available from SLU or off-campus with a SLU net ID and password.
  • Search Intellectual Property Law Reviews and Journals on Bloomberg Law
  • Search Copyright Law topics in Law Reviews and Journals on LexisAdvance by selecting Copyright Law from the Practice Area or Industry tab under the red search bar.  Run your search, then narrow your results to Law Reviews and Journals on the left menu.
  • Search WestlawNext for Law Reviews and Journals on Copyright Law by selecting Secondary Sources on the home screen and then choosing Law Reviews and Journals.  Under the By Topic section, select Intellectual Property Law.  You can search across all journals or select a specific journal.
