Remote Access

When you need or want to work from home, Pius XII Memorial Library offers expert help, resources, and services to support you. our virtual services remain available even when Pius Library is open.

Pius Library is currently open to all SLU affiliates. To enter the library you will need to show Campus Clear app status. Entry is currently restricted to the West Pine entrance.

Book drops at the Lindell entrance are open for book returns. Please do not return any equipment such as laptops, calculators, or video cameras in the book drops.

Online Research Consultations

Subject librarians are available for online research consultations via phone, Zoom, or Skype. Contact your subject librarian to schedule an appointment.

Online Information Literacy Instruction

Given sufficient time for preparation, Pius XII Memorial Library subject librarians can provide synchronous or asynchronous information literacy instruction sessions using Zoom or instructional videos and other materials that can be shared with students. Subject librarians can also create Research Guides for specific courses and/or share relevant guides and video tutorials that have already been created.

Online Materials

Many SLU Libraries materials are available online, including articles, ebooks, streaming videos, and music.
