The following links provide information regarding the downloading of books that the SLU Libraries purchased from ebrary. Generally, the ebrary ebooks that SLU has purchased cannot be downloaded in their entirity. There are several restrictions on or requirements for downloading a whole book.
1. The SLU Libraries must have purchased a multiple-user-license for the book. Generally, the SLU Libraries, purchase a single-user-license.
2. Not all publishers represented in the ebrary ebook collection allow their books to be downloaded and read on a device other than a computer.
3. You must create a Personal ebrary Account - an ebrary Bookshelf.
4. Adobe Digital Editions must be installed on any computer that will be used to download part of an ebrary ebook.
