Advanced Keyword Search

Did not find what you want? Search , the Missouri, statewide, union catalog.

• Click the Request link in MOBIUS to select your Cluster (SLU), enter your name and SLU ID number, and select a pickup location.

Not available in , search MOBIUS' new partner,  in Colorado/Wyoming.

• Note: Searches transferred to Prospector search as searched in MOBIUS.
• Click the button in Prospector and continue as you would in MOBIUS.
• Books from Prospector are delivered via courier, just like books from MOBIUS.

Still did not locate a specific resource?  Use Interlibrary Loan/ILLiad to request the book.

REMEMBER

• When searching for books, government documents, other materials begin with SLU Libraries Catalog --> MOBIUS Catalog -->Prospector Catalog (Colorado)--> Interlibrary Loan

• Library of Congress Classification System - Materials are assigned locations by SUBJECT using A through Z

What if the book is at another SLU Library or the Locust Street Library Facility ?

• You may request books using the  Request link in the SLU Libraries Catalog.

• You will be prompted to log into your Library Catalog "My Account" with your Banner ID and a PIN created by you.
• If you have not created a PIN yet, leave that space blank and press Submit.  You will be prompted to create a Library Catalog PIN.

 What if the SLU Libraries do not have the book you need?

• To search other academic libraries in Missouri, click on the  logo under Resources on the right side of the SLU Libraries Catalog.
   
• When you locate the book in MOBIUS, click the  Request link and follow the instructions.
  • Here you will be asked to choose your Cluster.  Select SLU from the drop-down list.
  • Type your name and your Banner ID (including the beginning zeroes) in the boxes provided.
  • MOBIUS request screen.
    
       
• If the book is not available in MOBIUS, click the button in MOBIUS to check if a Colorado library has what you need.
• When you locate a book you need in Prospector, click the button and follow the instructions.
  • Here you will be asked to choose your Institution.  Select MO - Saint Louis University from the drop-down list.
  • Type your name and your Banner ID (including the beginning zeroes) in the boxes provided.
  • Select a SLU Library pick-up location and click the Submit button.
  • Prospector Colorado Libaries request screen.
    
    
     
• If the book is not available in MOBIUS or Prospector, use Interlibrary Loan/ILLiad to request the book.
