The Census does not use neighborhood boundaries because they are too likely to shift and change over time. For areas below the city or county level, the Census breaks everything into smaller "Census Tracts" to allow for easy comparison over time. Use Social Explorer or Policy Map to figure out which Census Tracts make up your neighborhood.
