Finding Higher Ed Articles Searching Journal Databases

The links below are good databases to search for journal articles regarding higher education issues. You will need to login with your user name and password to access the databases. Search using keywords i.e, "higher education" or "college" or "college students". In addition try searching using subject headings from the database thesaurus (subject headings may vary from database to database).

Education Full Text 1983- .
One of the major databases for education, this resources indexes over 770 periodicals (over 400 peer-reviewed) and provides full text for 350 journals as far back as 1996. Some books and yearbooks are also included.

This is the academic world's No. 1 source of news and information. The current week's job postings and some articles are freely available.
