Sympletic Elements is a university-wide communication tool to promote the scholarship, expertise, and impact of our University faculty. The tool can help faculty build a comprehensive profile of their research, teaching, and professional activities. The tool populates faculty profiles from available data sources and allows faculty to edit the content and privacy of their own profiles.
Data within Elements supports the publicly visible faculty pages on researchprofiles.slu.edu. This enables students, faculty, and the public to easily access and identify future mentors, collaborators, and experts in their area of interest.

Faculty are encouraged to claim their author identifiers in Elements to facilitate automatic claiming of their work. See Finding Author Identifiers
